1. I’ve linked several devices and now wish to remove one. How can I go about it?
To remove a linked device, you can take different actions depending on the type of connection. If the devices are connected through Wi-Fi, switch the device or computer to a different network or disable Wi-Fi. By ensuring they are not on the same Wi-Fi network, iAnyGo won’t be able to detect the device.
If the connection is through a USB cable, simply unplug the data cable to disconnect the device.
2. What to do if the Wi-Fi connection keeps failing?
If encountering persistent Wi-Fi connection failures, attempt switching the network on the computer, experimenting with a wireless network if it’s a broadband network. Additionally, make sure to disable the previous network card:
For Windows 10 users: Navigate to Control Panel >> Network and Internet >> Network Connections, then right-click to “Disable” the previous network card.
For Windows 11 users: Go to Control Panel >> Network and Internet >> Advanced Network Settings >> Disable the Local Network.
