In this article:
Step 1: Import your file
Run the program by double-clicking on its icon on your desktop.
Click on Open file to browse for the file you want to create digital signature.
Instruction for MAC OS:
Click Open File at the bottom right >> browse for the file >> Open.
Step 2: Add digital signature
Open Protect tab (1) >> Sign document (2) >> There’ll be a window popping up (3) >> OK.
Now, you will see your mouse has become + which you can click and drag at the area you want to add your signature there.
After you draw the signature box (4), Add digital ID box will appear. If you’ve already created a separate file for the signature, select My existing digital ID from a file (5) and browse for it. If you haven’t, choose A new digital ID I want to create now (6) and click Next twice to move forward.
Fill in your signature information and follow the steps until you click Finish.
Once you click Finish, a Sign Document include information provided pops up >> Sign button.
Now, your signature is present on the document where you selected earlier (7). At the same time, Save As window automatically appears (8) to let you save the PDF file including your signature (if necessary).
