How to Convert PDF to Microsoft Excel

Step 1: Import your file(s) for conversion

Double-click on PDFelement desktop icon to launch the program.

Click on Convert PDF to access conversion function.

After the Convert to PDF window pops up, you can click Add button (1) to import a single PDF file, or even a folder including multiple files as you like.

Click dropdown box (2) to select output format you need, Wondershare PDFelement provides you a long list of different 15 file formats for your convenience.

In area (3) you can see where your output file(s) will be saved, if you wish to change the location folder, simply click Browse and choose the new location.
