Run Total Mail Converter >> Select email folder (1) >> Check boxes to select emails you want to convert (2). If you want to convert all the files, click Check All button (3).
Click on PDF button above to open Mail Converter dialog box.
In Destination tab, select Each message into a separate file or Combine all messages into one document depending on your purpose.
Then go to Header and Attachments tabs to configure your PDF output accordingly.
Click Start button to start the conversion process. The process takes a few seconds to finish.
Once it’s done, a dialog box will instantly appear to let you know conversion result.
